Musanze, September 11, 2026—On behalf of President Paul Kagame, Prime Minister Dr. Justin Nsengiyumva inaugurated the A1 Iron & Steel Rwanda Ltd, an integrated steel manufacturing plant in Musanze Industrial Park.
